It is a project that will bring hundreds of million dollars in royalties per year to both state and commonwealth governments and it is 40 years mine. In my view it is an opportunity that qld should not miss because the benefits is going to bring not one but possibly two generations, in term of monetary return and the job opportunities it comes with it.

In my view, if qld is reestablishing uranium mining, which is a riskier mining activity, springsure creek project is comparatively and reasonably safe than uranium mining which potentially has a greater long term adverse effect.
