Decided that i am going to do a big top up as soon as the foothills is done and dusted - hard to see any real downside and the SP seems undervalued with what is just around the corner - Just like KRC and PLS !
Being a seasoned residential property investor AOW was my first real venture into Shares ( outside super) 2 yrs ago and i had just about given up on them until the last 8 weeks.
looking back before i got into AOW there were 2 times when the SP was 0.20 C - 2015 and again in 2016 looking at what the company had to offer back then to the real commodity on offer now and oil prices it isn't easy to see that 0.20 c and beyond is achievable.
