Maintenance contract always has escalation clause tied up with inflation most of the time. But if you doing earthwork, accommodation village, plants to prepare site for mining then mostly it won't have escalation clause if your client is smart but if you are doing mining ongoing basis then those contract comes with escalation clause with inflation... IMO.
The problem is inflation don't just look at labour or fuel and hence whether inflation cost increase covers all cost or not is something to see in the annual report... In my opinion.
