I like companies when the Directors have a reasonable large number of shares. Owning shares means the interests of the directors are more aligned with the shareholders. Currently a number of Directors own no shares

Improving business performance includes not only growth of the size of the business with contract wins and revenue but also the gross profit margin, net profit. Operating cashflow, return on capital and equity dividends and capital management.
These are all areas Maca can improve.
