5.5 Capital structure

There is more errors (typo) in the report than you can throw a stick at, but generally speaking a reasonable report.
Their claim "not fair but reasonable" as no other superior offer was likely, the shareholders may have made liked a better deal rather than the 1-8 we are being offered which would have made it fair and reasonable but we were never given the opportunity.
At least we are heading in the right direction.
