They raised $6.3m by issuing only 8.6m shares. 73c price! Any shareholder willing to pay that premium?
They did some fancy block trade thing, but at the end of the day, they raised $6.3m with minimal dillution. If that’s not taking care of shareholders I don’t know what is.
If the raise was straight up 35c, they would’ve needed to issue 18m shares. Just think about how good this raise was done.
