I think you need to research how the directors of which only one is still in the board, got hold of the 20% and the free loading conditions attached.
Ever wonder why among their peers and neighbours there are no corporates sitting in the registry except those that took up the capital raising and they are only on the board to look after their investments. You have MRU,DYL,EXT just to name a few with some corporate holders and if ever there is a SPP to raise funds all shareholders if they want to participate will have to tip into their wallet. The structure here is different.
This horse jump started and got away with the race but is still way back as the race progress....
