ParkerKeith - imo that would require the spot price to be trading back up around 65 - We will need China or India to come out and state they are increasing capacity for that to happen... and BMN would also need to close out at least 1 of their strategic initiatives..
I believe it is plausible to take that view... but we may slip into Q1 next yr if sentiment doesnt turn soon.
