Did Colinchi actually say EVs will "never take off"? The thing you guys need to understand is that just because someone is negative on lithium doesn't mean that they don't see EV growth in the future. Blind Freddie can see that there will be more EV cars in 5-10 year's time compared to now.
Where opinions differ is the rate of EV/lithium growth and the supply of lithium. Many of you are extremely bullish with your lithium demand forecasts. The demand/supply forecast by most "experts" for 2019 was way off. So why do you think the bullish forecasts into the future will be any more accurate? A lot of forecasts are based on assumptions that have yet to be proven or come to fruition. So believe forecasts at your own peril. I see EV growth growing at a pace that the lithium supply side can keep pace with.
