Well here we go again.

First the economy is mishandled and decays to the point of potential unrest and dissatisfaction

then commodities disappear as the financial and banking and money distribution system disintegrates creating near chaos.

Then the government picks a fight, say invading Bahrain, and whips up nationalist furvour as the bodies of their young men mount in the confrontation with Saudi Arabia.

Nothing like a bit of slaughter to take minds off an empty stomachs and wallets.
