The discussions with the other Interested Parties are certainly progressing slowly, still NO news. Seems like years since we have seen any directors buying on market, that's right they cannot buy on market given all the discussions they have been having for years with other interested parties as it would be insider trading ; )
I guess the share price and daily volume indicates what Mr Market thinks the company is currently worth.
