The Congo national rail line is about 100km away and goes all the way to the coast , just needs a parallel line as it's already overloaded. Read somewhere Vale is in talks with the new government trying to get Belinga from the Chinese who have been stopped from moving on the project due to their environmental approach and the fact they were given a 25 year tax free period. Belinga north has as much iron ore as the southern part so Equatorial could do a potential joint venture with who ever ends up with the southern part.
