Don't think they'll be selling, it will defeat the whole purpose of escaping their money (some corruption/laundering/business earning to escape tax,etc...). Find out also about their culture about wealth & prosperity also.... Means more properties more prosperity for next generation. Trust me, they hold on & accumulate more & more.
