    SRX seems to be trading downward substantially.

    Looks like the takeover is definately not going ahead as they will not get the 90% approval.

    What will the impact of this be on the shareprice so you people think.

    I wish I could buy in at these prices and sell them to Cephalon for $4.85 anyway LOL!!!
