We dont have a lot to worry about. We have funding for a couple of years, we have cash to pay the borrowing costs.

As long as we keep paying the fees the Banks will leave us alone. Even if values got down to $0, and that is simply not possible.

Where we have some difficulties is at refinacing time. Then then Banks will look at proprty values.

We need to get our debt to equity ratio down and our revenue up.

I think the board of directors are working in the right direction.
