The problem Camdenbob is the sensitivity of the NTA to the revaluations of the assets. Knock off another 25% off the assets and the NTA would be close to $0.00.
The commercial property market seems to have taken another step down in the two months after this 31 December report so a large discount to NTA will continue to be applied.
