    the valuation appears to be rubbish to me, they have assumed that all the shares get issued at a 20% discount to 2.8c

    that being said it appears the opportunity for HTX to raise some much needed new capital at 5c+ level is diminishing by the day

    i'm still 2x my entry price so happy to hold for now

    those who bought at 11c+ however will be hurting
