It's just market apathy.
The cash is already rolling in (has been since Nov/Dec) but the drilling program is still pretty vague. There are indications that they might be talking to STU about some farmins, but lack of info has seen it drift lower.
It's crunch time now. The Rivkin 25c buy level has been taken out (5 days ago there were over 250 buy orders at the 25c level). The next few days will be very interesting.
