Good point re cash backing. Makes it a takeover target for a bigger fish with good management and a tax problem.
Do you know how tightly it's held and if a raid could be obstructed?
In these tight finacial times there are going to be many juniors snapped up by the big players. It may be a while yet but ince the corner's turned the cheque books will come out. IDG a good bet imho.
