Hi Hatch,
Just to appease my curiousity (and others).
Why do the big boys wait until the volume dries up ??
This seems a bit counter productive - as the buyer will end up paying a lot more for their large parcel.
Surely they would want to buy more frequent smaller parcels to keep entry cost down ??
I am sure there is a reason why, but I am just missing it.
