looking at VPG why would you take out 14.5c when you can load up 14c and wait for sellers to sell to you.

you would be getting the shares .5c cheaper.

Only when they come to the conclusion that they will not get their shares at a lower level, they could then wait for the higher levels to build before taking them out in one swoop, rather than rushing and buying 4 million at 14.5, 6 million at 15c etc etc.
