I think you'll find trying to ramp down a stock that trades $70mill doesn't work. The most successful are those who ramp UP penny lower-volume stocks.
You want to watch out for the ones who regularly change their tune on a stock, or those who consistently praise or bag a stock and then go very quiet.
Personally I think Zwu is just attention-seeking based on his comments, and to his glee he gets many many bites.
