I am well aware of that announcement, it does not mention any proposed court date.
To the best of my knowledge no date for that particular action has been set.It is expected to be sometime in 2012.

The upcoming court case on December 15,which was adjourned, is about, and I quote from Cougar announcement 30 Sept

"Cougar appeals Qld Govt decision to close Kingaroy."-----

"Separately, the Company also advises that the Complaint and Summons filed by DERM alleging breaches of the Queensland Environmental Protection Act 1994 against the Company has been adjourned until 15 December 2011."

This is my third and last post on this subject, if you have any verification to the contrary I would be glad to see it and humbly apologise.

How many times do I have to post this or don't some of you people read?
As it stands I am not feeling too humble at present.

If you had read some previous posts, you may have noted that I queried if it will proceed, or if GERM may drop it. Which would be a very significant straw in the wind for the future action you expected was to take place next week.
