I can only think that MLX really only wants to accumulate then sell off assets whilst it produces tin for China. Tin is in short supply. It seems to be more interested in suppressing its share price than driving it up. And the fact that there are few contributions on hotcopper for Metals X tells me that those in the know are just not interested. The PR machine is non-existent too.
