Looking at the quarterly report today and the cash revenue figure for the quarter of $4m, it would appear that not much of the $15m settlement from Applera was in cash.
As GTG claims huge increases in testing revenues and other fees some of the $4m revenue must relate to these revenues, so the cash settlement from Applera must have been a lot less than $4m.
One can only suspect that the $15m settlement figure must have some large component of intangible IP.
It would be nice to see the real position.
