As to prices, they are supposed to be sold to the "parent" company at current market prices. This is the latest report on coal prices:

"Rio Tinto Says Rising Demand Will Keep Coal Prices at Records

June 12 (Bloomberg) -- Coal prices will likely sustain record levels next year because of increasing demand and supply constraints, according to Rio Tinto Group ....
Annual contract prices for thermal coal more than doubled to $125 a metric ton for the year from April 1, and coking coal rose 200 percent to $300 a ton. Merrill forecasts $135 a ton for thermal coal next year and $320 for coking coal."

So at say 7 million tonnes at average of $300p/t = gross coal sales of $2.1 billion p/a

We are talking big dollars here!!
