While telstra's share price was unfairly priced for quite some time I feel it hasn't got got much more in it.I think it will struggle to reach $4 as quite simply it is perceived as an income stock.
Banks as we all know deserve a higher premimum as regards share price as they will return to growth as the economy recovers.
