Hi bomba - my understanding is the Chinese were in a JV but pulled out, they paid for the drilling and therefore own the results.

They probably want all there money back + more and RMG don't want to hand anything back. They probably paid a non refundable deposit eg: $500K and want that back plus more in exchange for the drilling results.

I'm not 100% sure but that is my gut feeling.

If it ends up in the Court room - it will take 2 years.

Lets hope this doesn't happen.
