Maybe... but if substantial holders knew that much Iwould expect the to be nibbling, which clearly isn't happening.

The only thing this company has going for it is how tightly it is held. With the top 20 holding ~46% and the smallest of these holders holding 3 million. There are ~480 holders holding between 100kand 3 million, which I would suspect a fair number of hold in excess of 2 million.

Of the ~1600 hundred shareholders, ~1100 (68%) of them are holding near worthless parcels of under 100k, so I wouldn't expect them to be creating significant change in the SP. And with a lot of the bigger holders out of the money I think a lot are probably hanging on to the end.
