    Tokyo I have been watching this stock and think it is a good time to get in after improved financials and Director buying. All the signs are there yet it has gone nowhere all month.

    People must have been burnt with the Rivkin spike a couple of years ago and just not interested to touch it.

    It is just sitting still.

    Surely director buying must get some in the market excited? Well the answer has been no to date.

    Wonder when and if the tide will turn?

    Any other thoughts?
