One of the dircetors is going overseas after an advisor has been there for two weeks. The director has gone over to finalise a deal so that they can still get it done in time to place stock before the end of this months so I would expect there must be an announcement some time late next week. which leaves the week after to announce the placement whcih apparently they already have the money lined up for.
