Looking unwell in a plague stricken market.
When CVI release the offshore blocks, it won't matter what the rest of the market looks like. It may actually be better, as punters will want to get on to ride a spike upwards on confirmation of leases (if we have them actually signed off and not just agreed to).
Looking forward to the next couple of weeks - make or break time.
