Goggy is asking:
Does that mean the beginning of the end, or the end of the beginning?
It seems we are on the proverbial "home run" towards our goal of being recompensed for losses suffered since December 2007.
This is the remaining legal treadmill in PIF CA:
12-Mar-2014 9:30 Return of Subpoena
District Registrar Wall Court Room 18B
13-Mar-2014 10:15 Interlocutory Hearing
Justice Perram Court Room 22A
19-Mar-2014 9:30 Return of Subpoena
NSW Registrar Court Room 18B
03-Apr-2014 10:15 Interlocutory Hearing Justice Perram
We may now know the monetary value of our claim once
"loss" is defined, proved and otherwise.
Then csae will be run from
07-Oct-2014 10:15 Hearing Justice Perram
to 13-Feb-2015 10:15 Part Heard Justice Perram.
If no zig-zags, it may end there with "loss" proven and judgement delivered.
Then, in a true Westminster tradition with Australian embelishments, KPMG will lodge an Appeal.
And we will squirm a bit longer.
Other recovery actions may conclude by then as well.
That's how it looks from where I stand.
Inputs from other sources are most welcome.
As these input posts are all branded as OCV-related;
their longevity will be guaranteed.
