surely the Minister can manage to carry out the cabinet decisions on aged care.....
Albanese is the PM and so is responsible for key leadership engagement in international affairs, along with the foreign affairs minister.
Albanese is fulfilling the obligations of the Office unlike Morrison who was so intellectually dull and self-involved to the detriment of the national interests that he neglected the normal foreign duties of a PM. And when Morrison did attend he put everyone off with his BS.
criticising Albanese for doing his job while ignoring the failures of the failed PM is the very height of hypocrisy and ridiculousness.
