Just managed to catch that video. The best bit for me is that he acknowledges that the SP is not where it should be. I think the technical term he chose to use was 'crappy markets'. Clearly he wants a higher SP and plans to do something about it.

Often you get the impression CEO's are looking to get the SP up and cash in options or get a bit of good news to show some leg to potential takeover suitors.

Not this guy seems, he hungry to build something here and get cracking. Loved it. Never been happier to be a Ranger. Looking forward to checking back next week.
