Surely what is going to happen will happen when ( IF ) they open regardless of market sentiment... and for what its worth I would think a slide to placement price of 1.3 would be in order.
Has been over 2 weeks now since the last update, and the $$$ should have come in from those doing the spending.
Last ann stated 2/11 as the date for the resurrection to begin, just seems a tad quiet.
I would have hoped for an update from those in charge either way by now.
