    Deed of company arrangement:

    A new player (as mentioned here) wants to purchase the shell of the company plus whatever is attached to it to re-float the business (and save themselves having to obtain a listing on ASX) and carry on their intended business via the company listing.

    Wait for the letter and all will be clear.
