    DIO seems to have been overlooked to buy out the other half of Frog's Leg.
    This must be a huge disappointment for the company.
    It will be interesting to see who will partner them in the underground...probably one of the local groundholders but who knows?
    I think the shareprice will retreat to high 5's.
