I must admit I dod not at all believe that TOX would pull back a month or so before expiry dur to the fact that the options are well and truly in the money and TOX had made some very impressive announcements at the end of November, start of December.
It will be something to note in my trading diary for future.
Nothing has changed fundamentally. We all know that. The company is fundamentally in beter shape now than it ever has been. The price does not reflect that.
The Delvex acquisition is to become a part of TOX in 3 days now. Will not be the last acquisition made before June 30.
TOX has a history of making their monthl;y/quarterly announcements mid month so I would expect by Jan 15th the profit upgrade to be made. It will be 50% higher at least than initial forecasts. Theres no doubt about that. It will be between $4.5m and $5m EBITDA. The action really is going to heat up once TOX announce their profit upgrade. Remember that the $500k made from the sale of cleaning equip, will be booked as profit in full as the cleaning equipoment was written off completely when TOX wrote off the majority of their assets a year ago.
