re: chartists Charts, farts: voodoo. OK, sorry, that's a bit insulting, but really it comes down to events. TOX will trade sideways, perhaps down to 11.5-12c until:
a) another broker picks it up,
b) they make another acquisition announcement,
c) something goes wrong with the business (downside, obiously),
d) a serious buyer becomes aware of the stock,
e) they provide another profit guidance,
f) someone makes a di, or
g) something else meaningful happens.

One of these things will happen within, almost certainly, within the next 4-6 weeks. It could well get boring.

I, for one, will buy the hell out of the stock at 11.5-12, and suspect others will do so too. So that's my base. If it runs to 15-16 it will be getting ahead of itself and so I'll bet you'll see a ceiling there. 1cps earnings this year shouldn't be fully recognised until it's done (i.e. 18c share price on the leak of their full year results, or if one of the above is BIG).
