No Cost Benefit analysis has ever been published for Edencrete. End of story.
You seem to have a great deal of trouble understanding that Georgia and Colorado are engaged in job creation for local businesses.
The fact that there are zero sales of Edencrete DOTs in other states and countries should tell you that the 'benefits' of Edencrete are probably somewhere between low and non-existent.
