    i think rog was and is a good idea..as sav says it will balance the negotiation table and bring excellent contacts nd technical expertise to the jv.

    agree that bg will not be happy about rog poking its nose in since ctp and rog together will be able to outvote bg at the table and progress ctp more to our desired timetable rather than bg's

    obviously bg have their hands full in qld atm but still want to hang onto ctp but for time being on backburner...they have a very different agenda in this context.

    it is in ctp's interest (and rog) to prove up resources asap..hence the conflict.

    my question is how long is the arbitration process...i infer from the quarterly that the matter is now being dealt with by arbitration...and that there are strict timeframes for this process.

    so what timeframe are we looking at for resolution of the rog issue via arbitration..we are still waiting for 14 days to expire and then what??

    in the meantime 5 csg wells have the go ahead so that is good news imo.
