I 100% believe that Cougar is facing the axe due to Labour needing a few votes and making themselves look like environmental heroes. If Cougar was set up in far west Qld and DERM found a gallon of benzene, it would not register any interest. Labor are masters of this game. As an aside, is anyone else finding that their internet speed is a bit slower than usual?? Wouldn't have anything to do with the 47 Billion NBN Labor are pushing as their smokin gun in their election campaign?? Maybe I am too much of a conspirisist??
