Directors of all companies are members of an exclusive old boys network that engages in all manner of deceptive and illegal practices to benefit each other.
Most glaringly, the remuneration of CEOs and similar is set by the board, who are NOMINALLY the shareholders representatives. In fact, the directors of most companies are CEOs at other companies, so when the time comes to vote on remuneration of the CEO - they all do each other a favour.
One other question - does anyone know WHEN the SPP monies will be refunded?
