They had $11.4m at the start of November plus some expectation of additional implant income. The cash burn was about $24m a year(?), but my guess is there have been some cuts already, so my guess is they have considerable cash.
The more I think about this, the more I have convinced myself that a venture capital coy would seriously look at VCR. It is just so cheap at the moment, its product/s are well along the road to commercialization and VCR just needs more time to complete the trials and get FDA approvals.
If the CEO is/has gone over to the US, I can't imagine him not being able to get the venture funding - provided the coy makes certain allowances, e.g. management pay cuts!
