The chances of the whole company collapsing because a CR fell through aren't high.

Id relax a little more, the worst case IMO is this will draw out over the year or so and most likely result in a take over or partner with our assets as promising as they are. Probably with a partner who has a contract very much in their favour (but id take that at this point).
