What would be their reasons for this. As I see things 4 months should be enough time for the T/O to get their act together and agree to the offer and get things underway for the benefit of ALL Concerned. The Owners of the Georgetown Plant must be running low on revenue with all this time being WASTED. Cheers Towie .
