While on the surface this deal may look very attractive to a drowning man, this deal in my opinion is not particularly good for our company in the medium to long term. Any entity which controls 20-25% of the company virtually owns the company. If our new saviour moves to 25% of our company it will not be long before the board is theirs and at that point myself and all other shareholders can kiss their RRSSSS goodbye. I also question how they will be able to take up in excess of 20% of the company without making a formal take over bid. I have no trouble with them investing to a point however if in excess of 10% we should exercise extreme caution. Wake up and smell the roses? Norm
