I don't know what housing prices are like where Jeff lives, but I live in the North Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne and 1 million bucks would buy a pretty nice place around here! That's for sure. Anyway, I do understand what you are saying, I almost sold $15k worth of my OBJ to buy a Jet Ski for Christmas but thought about how many I could buy in 2-3 years if I held on to everything I've got. Now I'm gonna buy more, go figure. If I had 34 Mil OBJ shares, now worth around $3m, (Which was once worth $300k), I would definitely think about cashing in on a portion of them. Me personally, would have sold $500k worth to pay off my house and a buy a new car, but that's me.
