Last time CER Hit its low of 5 cents was 19 Dec and there was 36.5 million shares traded.
Today only 12.6 million shares traded.
As CNP seems relatively unaffected, I would have to guess that someone is just desperate for cash to the point where they are forced to 'give away' their CER shares
Lets hope CER bounces from here
